The Palmira Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA) is a nonprofit corporate entity that operates exclusively for the collective benefit of all homeowners in the Palmira Lakes subdivision, that area bordered by West Hamilton (West) and Bass Road (North) adjacent to Livingston Lakes, 173 properties in all.

 

The HOA is a voluntary participation organization that has a Board of Directors, elected by the homeowners that is legally bound to enforce the Governing Documents (Bylaws, Declarations, Protective Restrictions, Covenants, Limitations, Easements and Approvals and Rules and Regulations) as well as comply with the Indiana Homeowners Association Act and Indiana Non-Profit regulations. The HOA supports neighborhood initiatives with policies and best practices, functional committees, and social activities with the stated objectives of enhancing security, community growth, and increasing property values.

 

Palmira Lakes homeowners pay an annual assessment that is used exclusively for promoting the health and safety of the residents of Palmira Lakes, including common area maintenance, such as mowing and mulching, pond maintenance, repairs and beautification, snow removal, lighting, as well as taxes, insurance, carrying out the purposes of the Association and other initiatives that make Palmira Lakes a better place to live.

 

The HOA also partners directly with The Newcomb Group (TNG), the entity responsible for Property Management, in an effort to ensure Palmira Lakes looks its best and remains safe for everyone.
